This 1-1/8" - 4 cove mould measures 1.125" wide by 1.125" thick. The profile design consists of a 7/8" radius cavetto with two 1/4" wide attached fillets, one horizontal and the other vertical. This pattern is designed to be manufactured on the top spindle of an industrial moulder. Still, it could also be utilized on a vertical cutterhead, adjusting the widths to any desired sizes.
