Chair Rail 5-1/2" - 4

This decorative 5-1/2" - 4 chair rail measures 5.500" wide by 1.562" thickness. The embellished profile is comprised of four tangent radiuses creating a down-sloping cyma reversa in the center, attached to a 3/32" broad line and a 3/8" radius cove on the taller side, the other side consists of a thumbnail shaped arc flanked by 5/32" wide fillets with a 9/32" cove on the thin side of the design. The depth of cut is too considerable for milling with just the top cutter head. The pattern will machine best by milling on the right and top cutterheads.
