This stunning 5" - 41 chair rail measures 5.000" in width by .813" in thickness, requiring 5-1/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining with a commercial moulder. The decorative balanced profile comprises two 1/4" wide half circles divided and flanked by a 3/64" sunk fillet in the center. They connect to an s-shaped curvature with beveled edges that attach to a 15/16" broad line with a 7/32" wide half bead on each side edge of the design.
