Chair Rail 4" - 80

This custom 4" - 80 chair rail measures 4.000" in width by .750" in thickness, necessitating 4-1/4 wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The unique profile comprises a 1/4" wide notch on the top left. It connects to an upsloping angled line to a point in the center. The detail goes opposite, with a small flute in the downward slope and a 1/8" cove positioned above the rabbet for the wainscot paneling.
