This elegant 4" - 64 chair rail measures 4.000" wide by .813" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The delightful profile is composed of a shallow two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 1/16" vertical step in the center, attached to a 19/64" quarter circle and a 5/8" broad line on the right. The left side is joined to a 1/8" broad segment transitioning into a 9/16" cove with a 3/32" vertical step and a 7/8" wide area, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on both side edges.
