This massive 4" - 56 chair rail measures 4.000" wide by 1.500" thick; the profile consists of a thumbnail round bead on one side with an attached fillet, and the other side has a 3/8" wide fillet, cove, chamfer, and a quarter round bead. The pattern is too big to make a single cut on a conventional moulder. Therefore, the pattern is split between two profile milling stations on the left vertical and top horizontal cutterheads.
