This 3-1/4" - 38 pencil bead chair rail measures 3.250" wide by .875" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial molder. The beautifully ornate profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide pencil bead flanked by 3/32" round-overs on the left side edge, connected to a tiny flat line that transitions into an ogee and a 1/2" broad line on top, joined to a two tangent radius scotia and a thumbnail shaped arc flanked by horizontal line segments at different elevations with a small 11/64" cove on the right side of the pattern.
