It connects to a 9/64" cove with a steep step and a 7/8" wide canted section in the center. The remaining portion consists of a minor s-shaped curvature with an additional vertical step and a 9/32" convex arc on the design's right edge. The pattern measures 3.000" in width by .750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 3-1/4" wide. Caution: the blades will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
