This beautiful 2-3/4" - 18 chair rail measures 2.750" wide by .875" thickness. The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 15/16" radius arc in the center, flanked by 5/32" wide fillets that transition into a 3/16" radius concave semicircle, tangent off of a 7/32" radius convex arc creating a cyma recta on each side edge of the pattern. Caution, the cutters will come within .020" of the machines bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations types.
