This designer 2-5/8" - 4 chair rail measures 2.625" wide by .625" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The decorative profile is composed of a 1/4" cove with a 3/64" eased edge at a 17/64" thickness dimension on the top left, connected to a 1/16" wide horizontal fillet and a 15/32" convex arc, tangent to a slightly angled line and a 47/64" concave semicircular arc with a 7/32" rounded edge in the center, joined to a 19/64" half round bead and a 5/32" broad line segment with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 17/64" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
