This exquisite 2-1/2" - 74 chair rail measures 2.500" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 2-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The ornate profile contains a 43/64" broad half-circle connected to a 13/64" fillet on the top left. The short line attaches a 17/32" scotia tangent to a 1/2" convex arc in the center. The right side of the pattern consists of a 13/64" radius ovolo, leaving a 5/32" thickness on the side edge.
