Chair Rail 2-1/2" - 32

This custom 2-1/2" - 32 colonial chair rail measures 2.500" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The decorative profile is composed of a two tangent radius cyma recta with an 11/64" broad line segment on the top left, joined to a 3/8" radius semicircular arc tangent to a down-sloping angled line with an 11/64" concave curvature in the center, attached to a 3/32" broad line segment and a 13/32" wide half round bead, connected to a 1/8" broad flat line and a 15/64" cove with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
