This double bead chair rail moulding 2-1/2" - 29 measures 2.500" width by .625" thickness, requiring a 2-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The lovely symmetrical profile composes two 3/16" broad half-circles divided and flanked by three 1/16" wide sunk fillets in the center. The short line connects to a 15/32" wide by 3/32" tall raised area, merged with a downsloping two tangent radius ogee, leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on each side edge of the design.
