This striking 2-1/2" - 20 chair rail measures 2.500" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled out of four-quarter lumber. The decorative profile is composed of a 1/8" cove and a 7/32" wide flat line segment on the top left, joined to a 47/64" half round with a 5/32" wide fillet in the center. Attached to 1/16" wide beveled drop in elevation that transitions into a 13/16" flat line and an elongated ovolo, leaving a 3/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
