Chair Rail 2-1/2" - 18

This fashionable 2-1/2" - 18 chair rail measures 2.500" wide by .625" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled out of four-quarter lumber. The distinctive profile is composed of a 1/4" quarter round convex arc on the top left. Connected to a three-tangent radius convex arc in the center, it is joined to an up-sloping line with a forty-five degree beveled edge. Attached to a 3/8" wide half bead with a 1/8" quarter round edge on the right side of the design.
