This fancy 2-1/2" - 11 chair rail measures 2.500" width by .625" thickness, requiring a 2-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The wavy symmetrical profile comprises a 1-7/16" convex arc tangent to two 57/54" concave semicircles with 1/16" rolled edges in the center. The rollovers connect to a 1/16" broad sunk fillet with a 1/4" wide half-bead on each side edge of the design.
