Chair Rail 2" - 16

This modern 2" - 16 chair rail measures 2.000" wide by .750" thickness, enabling the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The contemporary profile is composed of a 1-1/4" broad flat line segment on the top center, attached to a 3/8" radius cove leaving a 3/8" thickness dimension on each side edge of the pattern. The professionally drafted cad dxf file (available for purchase in the box below) contains two high precision template designs to create cutters for this pattern, one for milling the two-inch width from the top cutter head, the other for milling from both the right and left cutters, this enables width changes to endless possibilities within the parameters of the machinery.
