Door/Window Casing 8"

This massive 8" two-piece door/window casing measures 8.000" wide by 1.843" thickness. Due to the considerable depth of cut, the profile gets milled in two separate production runs. The thicker profile of two is comprised of a 7/8" wide by 9/64" deep stepped fillet, connected to two 1-3/32" tangent radius arcs, joined to a 9/64" wide sunk fillet with a 13/64" radius half circle and a 13/64" wide stepped fillet located above the rabbet. The smaller but wider pattern is comprised of a 3-23/32" wide by 9/64" deep stepped fillet, connected to another 1-1/8" wide by 1/4" deep stepped fillet, that transitions into a 5/32" wide sunk fillet, with a three-quarter round, 1/4" radius circle located on the thin side of the detail.
