This significantly large 6" - 7 door/window casing measures 6.000" wide by 1.500" thickness, necessitating the use of eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The creative profile is composed of a 1-3/8" wide line segment on the left, connected to a 1/4" wide by 3/16" deep notch that transitions into a 3-3/8" wide congee derived from a 1/2" cove in the center, joined to a 3/16" wide by 1/8" deep notch and a 7/16" cavetto leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern.
