Door/Window Casing 5-1/2" - 13

This fancy 5-1/2" - 13 door casing measures 5.500" wide by .750" thickness. The elegant profile comprises a 1-11/64" flat line with 1/8" eased edges and a beveled step, connected to a 7/64" wide sunk fillet that transitions into a three tangent radius french curve, joined to a small horizontal line with a 1/8" radius edge on the thin side of the design. Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
