This beautiful 5" - 5 door/window casing measures 5.000" wide by .812" thickness, requiring a 5-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The elegant profile contains a 1-5/32" broad raised fillet with a 1/4" rolled outer and a 3/16" eased inner edge on the top left. The elevated section joins a 5/16" flat line merged with a bidirectional congee and a 15/64" flat line with a beveled edge in the center. The remaining portion consists of a 1-11/16" flat area with a steeply beveled edge, attached to a 13/32" radius convex arc on the design's right side.
