This creative 5" - 21 door/window casing measures 5.000" wide by 1.125" thickness, which should be able to be milled from five-quarter lumber. We oriented the profile on the moulder so the feed roller marks would be milled away from the top cutter head. The stylish profile comprises a 3/8" wide notched fillet connected to a 1-1/4" wide flat fillet that steps downward two times to a two-tangent radius creating a shallow cavetto with another 3/8" notched fillet on the thinner side of the pattern.
