This custom 5" - 2 door/window casing measures 5.000" wide by 1.250" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for cutting on an industrial moulder. The classy profile is composed of a 1-5/16" broad flat line with a 1/4" rounded edge on the left, connected to a 1/4" cove with a 1/16" drop in elevation joined to a 2-1/4" flat segment with a 5/64" vertical step in the center. It's attached to a graceful two tangent radius ogee with a 3/16" wide by 1/8" deep notch, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
