Door/Window Casing 4-1/2" - 7

This decorative 4-1/2" - 7 door/window casing measures 4.500" width by 1.000" thickness, necessitating using five-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The detail contains a 1-1/32" flat segment on the top left. It's joined to two small perpendicular steps with eased edges and an 11/64" broad sunk fillet that attaches to a 1-43/64" radius arc with slightly rolled edges in the center. The middle transitions into three more substantial cascading steps, all with various size rounded corners, leaving a 21/64" thickness measurement on the right side of the design.
