Door/Window Casing 4-1/2" - 60

This creative 4-1/2" - 60 door/window casing measures 4.500" width by .750" thickness, enabling a 4-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The elegant profile comprises a one-inch broad fillet on the top left. The outer edge is intentionally left square for using one of our many backband profiles. The short flat line connects a shallow three tangent radius s-shaped curvature with a 3/32" step in the center. The remaining portion of the detail contains a 33/64" wide fillet with a 1/4" radius eased edge on the design's right side.

Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
