Door/Window Casing 4-1/2" - 58

This stunningly bold 4-1/2" - 58 door casing measures 4.500" wide by 1.687" thickness permitting a 4-3/4" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The sumptuous colonial profile contains an 11/32" cove, joined to a 1/8" broad fillet at a height dimension of 1-3/32" on the top left. The short flat line connects to a 57/64" convex arc, attached to a 23/32" concave semicircle, forming a beak-shape in the center. The remaining portion consists of a deep downsloping s-shaped curvature merged with a 1/4" radius bead flanked by small fillets; another 11/32" cavetto at a 1/2" thickness dimension is on the design's right side.
