This beautifully bold 4-1/2" - 51 door/window casing measures 4.500" wide by 1.750" thickness, necessitating using eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The hefty profile is composed of an 11/16" broad flat line on the top left. It's connected to a 3/4" wide by 7/16" deep notch with a 1/8" cove in the corner, joined to a much smaller 1/8" by 1/8" notch that binds to a 2-1/4" wide by 1-5/16" radius cong'e in the center. The remaining area attaches a 5/32" wide by 1/8" deep notch with a 23/64" cove and a 1/4" wide by 7/32" deep step leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern.
