Door/Window Casing 4-7/16" - 8

This tiered 4-7/16" - 8 door/window casing measures 4.437" width by 1.000" thickness, requiring a 4-11/16" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The stepped profile contains a 5/8" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet on the top left. The outer edge is intentionally left square to use many sizes of our radius edges. The short fillet connects to a downsloping angled line with a 1/8" vertical step. The center contains a 2-5/16" broad area with an additional 1/8" elevation drop. The remaining portion consists of two 3/8" wide by 1/8" deep perpendicular lines leaving a 19/64" thickness on the design's right side.
