Door/Window Casing 4-7/16" - 7

This reeded 4-7/16" - 7 door/window casing measures 4.437" width by .687" thickness, enabling a 4-11/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The elegant profile contains a 7/16" broad line segment with a 3/32" rolled inner edge on the top left. The rounded corner connects to a downsloping angled line joined to two recessed half circles and an upsloping beveled line. That section attaches to a 1-3/32" flat portion with 3/32" rolled edges in the center. The remaining detail consists of a slight downward taper joined to two consecutive elliptical-shaped half beads with another 7/16" fillet and a 3/32" rolled edge on the design's right side. The outside left edge is intentionally left sharp for using different radius edges, or it can be left crisp to utilize as a sub-crown or backer in the room's upper sections.
