Door/Window Casing 4-3/8" - 6

This distinguished 4-3/8" - 6 colonial door/window casing measures 4.375" wide by 1.250" thickness, requiring the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The classic profile is composed of a 3/4" broad line segment with a 1/8" eased outer edge on the left, connected to a two tangent radius cyma recta made up of two 1/4" semicircular arcs merged with an 11/32" wide sunk fillet joined to a two tangent radius cyma recta in the center. It's attached to a 1/2" wide half round bead attached to a 9/64" flat segment and a 1/4" cove with a 3/64" eased edge, leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
