This custom 4-1/4" - 8 door/window casing measures 4.250" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The modern profile is composed of a 25/32" wide raised fillet with 3/64" eased edges on the left, connected to a short and shallow two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 5/64" vertical step, attached to a 2-13/32" broad line segment in the center, joined with a 3/16" radius ovolo leaving a 13/64" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern.
