Door/Window Casing 4-1/4" - 34

This unique 4-1/4" - 34 door/window casing measures 4.250" wide by 1.000" thickness permitting a 4-1/2" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The interesting profile comprises a back band in the design. The detail comprises a 25/32" raised fillet with two 1/4" radiuses on the corners. The inside round over joins a 1-1/4" wide flat section with a 3/16" vertical step, connected to three half-circles divided by tiny sunken fillets in the center. The remaining section retains a 19/32" raised area transitioning into a larger half-bead flanked by small horizontal fillets.
