This appealing 4" - 99 door/window casing measures 4.000" wide by 1.125" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined from five or six-quarter lumber. The beautiful profile composes a 5/16" wide horizontal line with a 1/16" eased outer edge on the top left, connected to a 3/4" wide congee derived from a 1/2" cove with a 3/32" vertical step that joins to a 2-1/4" wide line segment in the center, merged with a 5/32" wide by 3/32" deep perpendicular notch, and a 3/16" cove with a 3/32" drop in elevation that connects to a 23/64" wide fillet with a 1/16" rounded inner edge on the right side of the design.
