This splendid 4" - 66 door/window casing measures 4.000" wide by 1.187" thickness, necessitating a 4-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The lovely profile comprises a 37/64" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet with a 1/8" rolled outer edge, connected to an s-shaped curvature with an 11/64" vertical drop on the top left. Attached to a 2-15/64" broad horizontal line with an additional steep step in the center joined to a smaller ogee on the design's right edge.
