Door/Window Casing 4" - 50

This hefty 4" - 50 colonial door/window casing measures 4.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The traditional profile is composed of a 25/32" wide by 7/64" raised fillet with 1/16" rounded edges on the left, the outer edge in the template design was left straight to utilize any of our many radius edges to give this profile a custom appeal. The center of the detail consists of a 2-23/32" wide two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 3/32" vertical step, joined to a 1/2" broad line segment with a 1/16" eased edge, leaving a 17/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern.
