Door/Window Casing 4" - 36

This ornate 4" - 36 door/window casing measures 4.000" wide by 1.250" thickness, necessitating the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The detailed profile is composed of a 45/64" broad flat line with a 5/32" rolled outer edge on the top left, connected to a 5/16" cove that joins to a 3/16" wide by 7/64" deep sunk fillet, attached to a 1-13/64" wide convex arc and a 1/8" broad line segment in the center, merged with another much smaller bead with a series of fancy geometrical shapes, such as a cove, line segments, notches, and an s-shaped curvature, leaving a ¼" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
