Door/Window Casing 4" - 28

This custom 4" - 28 door/window casing measures 4.000" width by 1.250" thickness, requiring a 4-1/4" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The astonishing profile comprises a 7/16" broad horizontal line with a 3/16" deep vertical step on the left, connected to a 1/16" wide sunk fillet that transitions into a downsloping two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 1/8" steep drop in elevation. Joined to a 2-1/16" broad line segment with a 3/16" steep step, merged with another 1/16" wide sunk fillet and a 3/8" wide half-round circle on the right side of the pattern.
