This fancy door/window casing moulding 4" - 153 measures 4.000" in width by 1.250" in thickness, requiring 4-1/4" wide blanks of six-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The classy profile comprises a 5/8" broad bullnose connected to a 1/4" cove flanked by horizontal and vertical fillets on the top left. The center contains a 2-9/16" wide flat section with a 15/64" steep drop in elevation. The step is attached to a 1/16" sunk fillet with a recessed 3/8" half-round bead on the design's right edge.
