Door/Window Casing 4" - 150

This bold 4" - 150 door/window casing measures 4.000" wide by 1.375" thickness, requiring a 4-1/4" wide blank of glued-up four or solid eight-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The astonishing profile contains a 9/32" wide by 11/64" tall raised fillet with a 3/32" rolled edge on the top left. The short section joins a 3/32" sunk fillet and a down-sloping s-shaped curvature to a small half bead with a tiny flat line and small cavetto. The center retains a 2-3/32" broad cong'e made from another 3/32" cove, merged with a 1/16" wide by 13/64" deep sunk fillet and a 3/8" full half circle on the design right side.
