Door/Window Casing 4" - 115

This unique 4" - 115 door casing comprises a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep notched rabbet connected to a 1" wide fillet that transitions to a cove on the top left. The cavetto is attached to a 1-21/32" wide by 1/8" deep raised fillet in the center. It joins a 41/64" wide flat line and a 9/32" radius cavetto on the design's right edge. We offer an elegant baseboard 8.000" - 64 for review and consideration. This detail measures 4.000" wide by 1.000" thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using five-quarter lumber is 4-1/4" wide.

Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail. It will also prolong the milling time between sharpening.
