This distinguished 3-7/8" - 7 door/window casing measures 3.875" width by .687" thickness enabling the use of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The custom profile contains a 1/2" broad flat line with a 1/16" eased outer corner on the top left. The flat line joins a 5/32" vertical step merged with a three tangent radius s-shaped curvature with an additional 5/64" half round bead, attached to a 2-3/16" broad horizontal line in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern retains a 3/16" drop-in elevation joined to a 1/16" wide sunk fillet with a 5/16" full half bead on the right side of the design.
