This distinguished 3-3/4" - 6 door/window casing measures 3.750" width by 1.000" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial-grade molder. The custom-designed profile retains a 43/64" wide line with a 1/16" eased outer and a 3/16" deep beveled inside edge on the top left. The sixty-degree chamfer connects to a three tangent radius downsloping wave-like curvature and a 1-3/8" broad fillet with a 7/64" rolled edge in the center, attached to a 7/64" by 3/16" deep sunk fillet and a 13/32" half-circle on the patterns right side.
