This double ogee 3-1/2" - 91 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by .750" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The designer profile composes a 57/64" wide by 3/64" tall raised fillet with a 1/8" eased outer edge on the left, connected to two tangent radiuses with a 3/64" rounded edge that transitions the elevation downward 17/64" to a 1-47/64" broad line segment in the center, attached to another 3/64" rounded step and a two tangent radius ogee with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the pattern.
