This exuberant 3-1/2" - 90 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by 1.000" thickness, necessitating the use of five quarter lumber for milling on an industrial style molder. The beautifully bold profile composes a 1-1/32" wide by 9/64" tall raised fillet with a 5/32" eased outer and a 7/32" rounded inner edge on the left, connected to a 13/32" half round bead merged with a 1/4" cove flanked by a vertical and horizontal line segment transitioning into a 47/64" wide sunk fillet in the center. It's attached to another 13/32" half-round circle that joins to a three-tangent radius cyma recta on the right side of the pattern.
