This ornate 3-1/2" - 89 door/window casing measures 3.500" width by 1.000" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The detailed decorative profile contains a 19/32" broad line segment with a 1/8" rolled outer and a 3/32" broken inner edge on the top left. This section joins a small horizontal fillet to a 35/64" broad half-circle, and two perpendicular lines merged to a 3/16" wide sunk fillet in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern consists of a gentle downsloping s-shaped curvature with a beveled edge and a half-round bead with a tiny horizontal line segment with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side.
