Door/Window Casing 3-1/2" - 83

This aesthetically appealing 3-1/2" - 83 door/window casing measures 3.500" width by 1.000" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The custom decorative profile contains a 5/8" broad line segment with a 5/32" rolled outer and a 3/64" broken inner edge on the top left. This section joins a small sunk fillet to an elevation changing two tangent radii s-shaped curvature with a small vertical step merged with a 1-1/8" flat line in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern consists of a tiny beveled line attached to a 1/8" sunk fillet with an additional ogee and a 3/32" eased edge the right side of the design.
