Door/Window Casing 3-1/2" - 81

This custom 3-1/2" - 81 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by .812" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The colonial thyme design is composed of a 3/4" broad line with a 1/8" eased edge on the left, connected to a 1/4" wide cove with a 5/64" vertical step and a 5/32" wide sunk fillet, attached to a 9/16" wide thumbnail shaped arc that transitions into a graceful 5/16" scotia, joined to a 5/16" wide half-circle flanked by small line segments and a 5/16" cove with a 3/64" eased edge, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern.
