This custom 3-1/2" - 25 door/window casing measures 3.500" width by .750" thickness, enabling the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The designer profile contains a one-inch broad line segment with a 1/8" rolled outer and a 1/16" eased inner beveled edge on the top left. Connected to an 11/32" flat line with a 5/64" drop-in elevation joined to a 1-9/16" flat line in the center and a two tangent radius ogee on the right side of the design.
