Door/Window Casing 3-1/2" - 21

This elegant 3-1/2" - 21 door/window casing measures 3.500" width by .750" thickness, enabling 3-3/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The sumptuous profile composes a 3/4" broad elongated half circle on the top left. The half-round connects to a 37/64" flat line with a 1/8" rolled outer and a 1/8" beveled inner edge on the top left. The angle line connects to a 1" wide fillet with an additional beveled edge in the center. The sharp angle joins a graceful S-shaped curvature with a downsloping line to a two tangent radius ogee with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side.
