This intricate 3-1/2" - 205 door/window casing measures 3.500" width by 1.312" thickness, necessitating using six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-grade molder. The stylishly bold profile contains a thumbnail-shaped half circle and a slightly angled line with a 1/16" rolled outer edge on the top left. This area connects four different-sized cascading quarter round beads to a 59/64" full sunken fillet in the center. The remaining portion of the design consists of a similar style pattern as the top but with a 7/32" broad line segment and a 1/16" eased edge, leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the detail.
